Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Verified Buyer Reviewed by happySTPshopper from Oregon on Friday, March 24, 2017I have not tried it in the rain yet, so don't know about fabric repellency. Light weight, runs large, sleeves long enough for 5'7"
Reviewed by TellurianTraveler from Bar Harbor, Maine on Thursday, February 16, 2017When travel to cities (especially involving planes) calls for some weather protection, but a regular trench coat seems too bulky and a sporty parka seems too casual or trim-fitting over dress clothes, Janska Milano Packable Trench Coat to the rescue. Compacted into its own pocket with carrying-cord, it doubles as a pillow during flight, then shakes out into a passably-fashionable raincoat when needed. It felt too crinkly at first, but softened with the first use. The removable hood is a great feature. The cut is roomy enough to layer over a sweater in cooler temperatures, I dinged it a star for the too-shiny-for-my-taste buttons, but it's a solidly practical piece with more panache than most "travel clothes."
Verified Buyer Reviewed by ClothesRMe from New York State on Saturday, January 28, 2017I really really wanted this coat. When it arrived I eagerly tried it on only to be disappointed. I ordered a medium which I still think was the right size for me. But, it seemed to poof out in the back instead of draping. I would say it was too small for me but I am not sure that was it. When I moved my arms, it had no give across the back or under the arms. It looked awful on me. Maybe I needed a larger size, but then it would have been too open in the front. If you have a very slender build and are small breasted it might work for you. Otherwise, I'd say not.
