They are easy to load with vegetables and meat, put in the rack, and cook on the grill. It was much easier to turn them while cooking. Then offloading of the goodies was a breeze. It was easier for me to wash them by hand in the cleanup. It might be worth mentioning to some that I was not able to remove all of the staining after cooking, but I can live with that.
