  • Disappointing Fit and Fabric

I can't believe just how many marks Jockey missed with these. The fit is better suited for a eunuch then a man. I am not exceptionally well-endowed but these were tight enough around the crotch/hips that I felt self-conscious, especially since they have a working fly. The rise is too short, leaving no room for your junk! The fabric is not broadcloth. Broadcloth is the fabric most dress shirts or bed sheets are made from. This fabric is more like gauze. It is super lightweight, which might be good for spring/fall wear, but it is so thin that the garment came out of the dryer almost unrecognizable it was so wrinkled. I was very disappointed.

I bought these for my son. They are lightweight, more for spring/summer than winter. I was pleased with the fabric though as it washed up well and looks nice.
  • Overall good product

The material was a bit thinner than anticipated, but overall quality and comfort is good.
  • FABRIC IS SO THIN

These will be great for summer if they hold up. This is a very thin muslin cotton with a low thread count, we shall see! Otherwise they are cool.

About Jockey

Did you know the Jockey clothing company is a third-generation, family-owned business based in Kenosha, Wisconsin? In fact, this well-known brand has been making apparel for more than 130 years. Founded in 1876 by Samuel T. Cooper in St. Joseph, Michigan, the original company (then called Coopers Inc.) started out making wool socks for lumberjacks, eventually expanding their product selection to include underwear. When Coopers introduced “Jockey” briefs in 1934, the company became the first in the world to offer men’s briefs and, within three months, they sold thirty thousand pairs. Soon after, Coopers was rebranded as Jockey. Today, Jockey underwear, boxers, briefs, socks and casual apparel are still among the most comfortable and well-made on the market.
