I ordered based on other JM shoes in my closet. The pair from STP is not what I consider a true medium width. And, the leather is not a supple as expected. Otherwise, a decent pair of dress shoes.

The stylishness, durability and comfortability will outweigh the difference in price. Now, with that being said you don't have to spend $350.00+ on some Allen Edmonds when you can a nice pair of leather soled Johnston & Murphy's on STP for $100! Now I do think my the leather on my Allen Edmond's are slightly thicker and higher quality but this is my 3rd pair of leather soled Johnston and Murphy's and I love the quality for the price. My one issue like Mark stated, is that the heel cup if fairly stiff. I do expect it to break in with regular wearing.
