half sizes order up not down!

These seem like great boots, but I have to exchange one of the pairs I got. My partner wears a 7.5 shoe and I wear an 8.5. She tried her 7's and my 8's and ended up taking my pair of 8's. So I am exchanging her 7's for a 9. So despite the warning to go down a size, our experience is folks should go up a size, which apparently is common in Kamik boots.

The boots seem well made. The lacing is nice and the boots have a removable liner. The rubber bottoms should keep my feet dry and warm. The boots were surprisingly comfortable at the top due to the soft part. I expected them to be stiffer, but they were very flexible and comfortable. I am not sure how good the traction will be, the sole is not too rugged, but we'll see. They look nice and are comfortable once the size is right.

Oh, they also are rated to -25 degrees F according to the tag. That seems like a nice selling point, but it was not in the description.
