not as waterproof as i'd like

Reviewed by Linny from slush city from NYC on Sunday, January 4, 2015
Deep slush puddles at crosswalks are a major concern in NYC after a heavy snow. So, to be thoroughly prepared, I put these on with socks and stepped into my tub with about an inch and a half of water. At first they seemed OK, but when I raised the water level by a half an inch and the water went over the rubber part and onto the cloth, I felt the water seep in. The lining was damp after the experiment and so I don't consider these to be completely waterproof. If you're just going through snow and shallow slush puddles (below the fabric portion of the boot) I think you'll be fine.
