I bought these boots for my mom for Christmas to use while walking our dog along the lake near our house in Wisconsin in the sub-zero snowy winters. She got frost bite numerous tomes as a kid so her extremities are especially sensitive to cold. She absolutely loves them and says they are very warm ... Read More

Verified Buyer Reviewed by gbeenz from Central Texas on Monday, April 14, 2014I have several pairs of Kamik boots and really love them! These are no exception. They are warm and attractive without being clunky looking!
Reviewed by Muz Brush from Colorado on Saturday, February 15, 2014I am so happy with these boots! I got the red in a size 6. I usually wear a 6.5 and have wide feet. I initially ordered 7s but they were too big so I exchanged them. These are easy to put on and get off and super warm! They also have a great tread. I was very happy wearing them in our recent storm. I didn't even come close to slipping on the snow and ice. The other thing I like about them is I can fit my boot cut jeans over them if I don't want to show off the fur.
Reviewed by Warm hands from NC on Thursday, February 13, 2014These boots were so heavily padded above the foot, with no padding under the foot. It was too much padding for me above the foot, and I wouldn't have been able to wear thick socks. I'd order a size up to get your foot in. However the bottom of the footbed was like walking on concrete - no padding at all and a distinct contact point on the ball of my foot due to the lack of support. These went back immediately.
Reviewed by Cynthia from Philadelphia on Tuesday, February 11, 2014I have worn these boots only once so far, but stood in about 8" of snow to shovel our walk and then clean off my car. My feet stayed warm even with just light weight socks on! I would have liked to be able to lace up the boot a bit higher so that the tongue would not stick out, but I put my pant legs over it to solve the problem.
