I found the fit to be spot on. I normally wear a size 8 US/ 39 Euro which is what I went with. They were a little tight initially, but I re-laced them and no problem. I found them to have quite a bit of heel cushioning. I went on to order the other color and they are out of stock on them. I was disappointed, but will order the same color again just to have on hand when these wear out.

They were short and wide. Also, they were very stiff and not very cushioned. I hope Karhu goes back to the way they used to make shoes! I returned these to Sierra Trading Post for store credit. Sierra was very fast with shipping and crediting my account.
