1.0 out of 5 stars. Bought these in October and my feet started hurting after further investigation these are the WIDE version of the Durand hiking bootsReviewed by Keen lover from Tahoe on Thursday, March 1, 2018I wish it said it somewhere and wasn’t sold as a normal medium width. Customer service was rude and told me I should have checked better, but I wouldn’t even know where to find the widths on a shoe. Very rude.
I love keens and these are very cute but sold differently than advertised -
5.0 out of 5 stars. ComfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mousemess from Arizona on Monday, January 1, 2018Very good fit and warm. Wore them in a cold day in northern Utah in the snow and stayed warm and dry. Ankle feels sturdy and heel stayed put and didn’t lift at all. Very happy with these.

5.0 out of 5 stars. LOVE these bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from E. TX on Tuesday, December 12, 2017I now have 4 pair of these Keen boots. It took a little to break in the first pair in because I was used to a much thicker and stiffer sole in the Asolo boots. I moved to Keen for the wider toe box and narrow heel. These boots are my every day footwear on our little farm in E. TX. Thank you Keen AND Sierra Trading Post!

3.0 out of 5 stars. Strange Fit, Runs SmallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Deb B. from Geneva on Friday, December 8, 2017I am a Keen girl through and through, as Keen is one of the few brands that I can order without trying on because of their excellent fit. I have a very wide foot, and Keen's foot box is usually quite accommodating. The Targhee II is my favorite model, but I also have owned Gypsum and Voyageur models as well. I was so excited to find this pair that was built in the USA at such an amazing price. The excitement didn't last, however, once I tried the boots on. The width wasn't there, and the boot was small overall, despite sizing up half a size. The insole also felt strange, and the bottom of my toes felt like they were rubbing against a raised ridge. There was no way that these boots would work for day hikes in the mountains. I have two pairs of Keen casual shoes that were also built in the USA that seem to be running small. I returned them and will be going back to the Targhees.

2.0 out of 5 stars. bruised toesReviewed by Sister hiker from Chapel Hill on Friday, December 1, 2017I have been purchasing from Sierra Trading Post for years and usually they have amazing service and great products at great prices. This is my first pair of Keens and I wore them on a recent hiking trip. 3 of my toes were bruised up after only a 2 day hike. I love the look of the boots and you do get a little discount compared to other stores like REI (you save $20). However, because I have used them, I cannot return them (STP's policy). If I had bought them from REI, I would have been able to return them so I'm not sure if saving the $20 was worth it. I'm going to try to do something to make them more comfortable for the next trip since I spent $100 on them but I'm nervous that my feet are going to hate me. Just take this into consideration when you purchase shoes from this site.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Quality Hiking Boot at Unbeatable PriceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Cincinnati, OH on Monday, November 27, 2017I purchased this boot for my daughter as her first hiking boot after being a keen wearer for years. No disappointments, the boot fits true to size and as promised does a fantastic job of keeping out the water!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Mountain Mom from Colorado on Sunday, November 26, 2017Great boot so far. Bought in preparation for an upcoming Grand Canyon hike, and I have been very pleased. They were comfortable right out of the box. Additionally, I have super high arches, and these boots seem to have enough arch support that I may not need to trade out the insole for an orthotic. Very pleased.
