I own 2 pairs of Dansko shoes and I thought I loved them until I bought my Keens. I am a big fan of Keens and I was thrilled when I saw these shoes. The arch support is great and they are not as "stiff" as my Danskos. I usually wear a 7 1/2, but in Keens an 8 is perfect. I wore them to work the firs... Read More

overall nice shoes; but not as comfortable as I would want.

don't buy if you have a high arch. Because the insole and arch are thick its hard to get a foot in if you have a high arch. I replaced insole with one from an old pair of shoes and then I could get my foot in the shoe.

A contortionist wouldn't be able to get into the narrow opening. I have several pairs of Keens and love them. This is a manufacturing defect. Pretty and looks comfortable. But completely impossible to even try on with a shoe horn. Appears to be the same width and length as my other Keens,I am very disapointed, have just sent back for a refund.

Only negative is the soles are little noisy on the linoleum at work. I am self conscious about it but my very honest co-workers say it isn't bad. Probably it is more noticeable to me because I work night shift when patients are trying to sleep. I think if I were to where them outside a few times it would scuff the bottoms a bit and the sound would diminish.

About Keen

Keen shoes have been helping feet find adventure since 2003, and it all began with the signature KEEN.PROTECT toe bumper. It might seem strange to build a footwear company around a feature, but that iconic toe bumper is more than just a style add-on. It’s what allows Keen sandals to hit the trails and provide the best toe protection possible. In fact, Keen was one of the first footwear companies to make closed-toed hiking sandals. Over the years, the product selection has continued to grow and now includes Keen hiking boots, trail shoes, cycling shoes, socks, clothing and bags. The brand is also actively involved in land and water conservation projects in the US, Canada, Europe and Japan.
