This shoe runs a little small, I had to return and get 1/2 size bigger. Other than that it's perfect in every way.

I have several styles of Keen hiking/trail shoes, and these are my least favorite. The contour of the foot bed is just not comfortable as they don't seem to have any arch support. This causes mild but noticeable foot strain after walking relatively short distances. Also, they are a bit narrower than other Keens. I would recommend Voyager, Alamosa, or Targhee styles instead of these.

I ordered this item twice and both times was sent the mid height trail shoes. Which was less expensive and not what I ordered! I kept the first pair. Which they never did straighten up the correct amount on credit card. The second pair I shipped back. We'll see if I get charged shipping for their error. So obviously I have not received this product so I have nothing to rate. Not happy with their customer service. Probably will not order from them again.

I tried ti order these shoes three times! On the third time I finally kept the mid tops that kept arriving instead of the low tops. Despite telephone calls and special instructions on my order form I wasn't able to get the low tops. The mild tops are good and I would recommend them but only if you really want mid tops.

I've been wearing those to go to work and around town since I got them. It's only been a couple of weeks but I really like them.
I was really worried the first day I wore them because they were really slippery on wet surfaces for some reasons, but they are fine now.
They've kept my feet warm and dry in the wet/snowy days so far, which is why I got them.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the material in the back of the heel "bunches up" when you put them on if you are not careful. I have to put a finger down and hold the material while I put my shoes on. It's a bit annoying but once the shoes are on, it seems that everything stays where it should!

About Keen

Keen shoes have been helping feet find adventure since 2003, and it all began with the signature KEEN.PROTECT toe bumper. It might seem strange to build a footwear company around a feature, but that iconic toe bumper is more than just a style add-on. It’s what allows Keen sandals to hit the trails and provide the best toe protection possible. In fact, Keen was one of the first footwear companies to make closed-toed hiking sandals. Over the years, the product selection has continued to grow and now includes Keen hiking boots, trail shoes, cycling shoes, socks, clothing and bags. The brand is also actively involved in land and water conservation projects in the US, Canada, Europe and Japan.
