    they aren't *hard* to get on and off, you just have to adjust the straps a bit.

    I got these keens when they first came out years ago and i still wear the same pair! they are extremely durable shoes. they have lasted through many long rafting expeditions, short hikes and every day wear! they are the least restricting sandal with toe protection that i have found thus far. BUY THEM NOW!!

    not many sandals have an arch support but this one definitely does. A great shoe for lots of walking and sporty-looking, too.
