    I purchased this chair about 1 1/2 years ago. I have used it 6,maybe 7 times. It has been stored in the garage closed. When I pulled it out the other day, the straps all broke off and it is unusable as it is heavy and now has no carrying straps. The rest of the chair looks brand new! Contacted company via their email contact -no response. Had to call them a couple of days later...Company only does a 1 time replacement within the first year - so to the trash it goes. Do not buy! Kelsyus does not stand behind it’s product. Sad!
