Poor designVerified Buyer Reviewed by Jim from Arizona on Tuesday, July 24, 2018No wonder it is a closeout; the pack is of extremely poor design. Uncomfortable, puny straps and an idiotic hydration pocket.
Overall great, but not for hydration bladders.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Shalana from Colorado on Friday, July 20, 2018Overall, I really like this backpack! It is comfortable and has plenty of space for my long days in the field as a wildlife technician. The side pockets are nice and big- plenty of room for my water bottle and other items that I like to keep handy.
My only complaint... A large reason I bought this pack was because the description said it was compatible with a hydration reservoir. However, the external hydration sleeve is on the very front (back?) of the pack. This doesn't really make sense for the heaviest and most jiggly item, and doesn't feel comfortable when I'm crawling through shrubs. I ended up just keeping my hydration reservoir inside the main pack.
Sold bagVerified Buyer Reviewed by RR from Virginia on Monday, April 16, 2018Currently I’m a part of a Technical Rescue Team and was looking for something to keep my most needed equipment i.e. harness, gloves, eye pro, helmet, hydration, and a few toiletries for extended ops. I have only had this bag for a short time but have used it for a few training and seems to be good construction. It holds all of the the above equipment with no problems. The only downfall is, with my helmet in the outside compartment I cannot access my main compartment. All in all great product.
