4.0 out of 5 stars. decent tentVerified Buyer Reviewed by TJ from Michigan on Wednesday, June 28, 2017This is a decent tent for the money. The first tent came with a hole in it. Customer service was awesome and had a replacement in the mail the next day and it arrived quickly and in time for our camp trip today. It seems to be a bit better quality than most tents in this price range (the sale price, not retail). I think the retail price listed would be a bit expensive, but the tent materials are better than competitor's. We'll see if it holds up, as these types of large tents with fiberglass poles do tend to break in severe winds...but more durable tents with metal poles are obviously a lot more expensive. All in all I think it will serve us well for car camping.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Fine tentReviewed by Twocatmama from Raleigh, NC on Thursday, June 22, 2017Purchased the tent recently and used for a weekend kayak outing. It was easy to install in the camping area. My only complain is the height of the windows. When sleeping on a small low cot, one does not get the cross ventilation. It didn't rain, so I can't comment on that. I gave it a four for two reasons: cross ventilation and the face that I haven't rain tested it. It is roomy, but I'm not sure there is room for gear and 8 persons. I think it is more reasonable to expect comfortable sleeping fir 4-6 adults.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Many Tents, Over Many YearsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Twocatmama from Raleigh, NC on Sunday, June 11, 2017We have over the years had many, many tents. As the flexible pole (pop-up) tents became popular then we have had easy and hard tents to manage.
Now it seems after many years the designers of these tents have finally figured out just the right combination of simplicity of assembly and strength and design to make a very nice tent.
This tent is easy to put up, easy to take down and really does have sufficient room inside to sleep quite a few people. Or just a few with room to sit and room to spare for stuff.
The most impressive thing, to me, is the size of the bag it all fits into neatly.
We look forward to using this tent as we drive across country and 'car-camp' across country.
