A little chilly outside in the 30F weather, but just right inside now (72F). They're lined/thicker so they work as leggings, but they'd work under a skirt (although for me that'd be too warm sitting down for hours)
I'm 5'11/12-14 Tall, and they hit just above the ankle. I need medium-rise pants that fit securely over a little belly pooch, and these have stayed snug all morning.
There's a very slight itch to the fabric but I'll give them a second wash & that usually goes away -
