Get what you pay for

I am 6' 4" tall, medium build, 220lbs. I originally purchased an XLTall and returned it because the sleeves were too long. (First time Ive had that problem in years). The XL fits perfectly.

The material has a satin-smooth feel to it and is very comfortable on the skin. It breathes well and does its job as a midweight base layer.

The overall style seems to be a loose-fit rather than the skin-tight fit of some of the other brands. The construction seems solid so far. My only complaint is the loose fitting cuffs on the sleeves. They are made out of the same material as the shirt, (just folded over and sewn on), rather than a more elastic snug-fit material.

When wearing a shirt on top of this layer, the cuff on the top shirt has to compete with the loose, bulky cuff of the base layer which forces one to extend past the other rather than both resting on the wrist.

I selected this brand because it was the least expensive and being in the construction trade I tend to wear out clothes quickly. I don't like to pay $75 for a shirt I'm probably going to get a hole in next week.

Overall I am happy with the shirt. I got what I paid for.
