I purchased and wore these over Dec 2010 expedition in Antarctic peninsula. Warm and lightweight good for level/gradual grade hiking and zodiac landings. Only negative is they are aa bit restrictive for steep grades where you need extra leg flexibility. Great value for the money. I would buy them again.
