Suprisingly heavyweight knife for the price. Thick blade, very sharp, does the job well. Made in China, but decently done for a good price.

Well made smaller knife whose packaging makes quite an impression. I bought a few to give as gifts and after I received them, I went back and bought some more. This is a very useful specialty knife (close work requiring a lot of control)that make a great gift for friends who cook (and a knife they're not likely to have).
