But around the yard and and around town, these shoes feel good on. Good padding around the ankle area. I like the look/colors of them too; black and dark gray, so they are subdued. The tread is aggressive looking! They lace up well and stayed tied. I am Active Duty military and these shoes remind me of a pair of winter-insulated/cold weather suede combat boots.
