I liked the skirt as it appeared in the photo - however it did not give a clear idea of the actual fabric, which was not to my taste at all. I did not bother to try on the skirt. I returned it and hope someone else enjoys it.

Not what I expected from the photo---Great fabric, terrible design. Waist is elastic, did not need to use zipper, length good as slits up size; but not pencil narrow somewhere in between A-line and pencil. Fabric is very dynamic, colors change with angle. Great for lounge wear because of the fit and fabric.

The fabric/design seems classically equestrian inspired and has a beautiful feel... I had to have it in my wardrobe! I ordered my size, but found the hips to not have enough give, while the elastic waist was large (it is truly a STRAIGHT skirt). I exchanged for the next size up and am satisfied. I can always do something about the waist later if I want, but I don't HAVE to...

The only problem I have is the slits on the sides. They are about 5 inches too high for me. Once these are sewn up a bit I think I will really enjoy the skirt. It is different from what is in the stores here and has beautiful shades of browns against the black background.

I didn't care for this skirt. I really didn't like how straight it was. I guess I like skirts with a little more movement. Also I didn't think the design was as pretty in person. Others may love it, but it wasn't right for me.
