I wear size 11M in most shoes. But even size 10M was too big. They were well built and very light with coposite toe. They were sold out of 9-1/2 by time I returned, so I was unable to buy replacement

I do LOTS of yard work and wanted a shoe that would last me for a while, so to speak. All looked great, it just swallowed my foot. Tried to use inserts to fill the gaps in the shoe, just couldn't make it work out for me.

The boot is good quality, light weight, attractive for a work boot. However, the sizing is way off - ad indicated half size too big, definitely a full size. I put a Size 12 insert into the boot to see if that adjusted the size, and it was still much too big. Unfortunately, I will be returning the boot.

This is a low rise boot/shoe hybrid. Great that its tough and reasonably light to walk around all day.

About Kodiak

When Kodiak boots first hit the production lines in Ontario, Canada back in 1910, the company sought to create a new standard in hard-working footwear. By the early 1940s, the brand had become an official supplier to the Canadian Armed Forces. Twenty years later, Kodiak introduced steel toe boots. Today, after more than a century of producing extremely rugged and reliable Kodiak snow boots, work boots and outdoor footwear, this brand remains extremely committed to setting a high bar with innovations like shock-absorbing Comfortzone insoles, slip-resistant Ultimate SR outsoles and metal-free Rockfibre safety toes that meet or exceed CSA and ASTM standards. For work or winter (or both), Kodiak footwear always has you covered.
