Great snow bootsReviewed by Amy from Ann Arbor on Thursday, March 15, 2018Wasn't expecting these snow boots to perform as well as they have (considering how inexpensive they are). Bought these about three years ago after moving from California to Michigan, and these boots have performed very well against snowy and very cold weather. These are super toasty so I only wear them when it's below 0F and when it hits -20F, wool socks paired with these boots keep my feet warm (to be fair, I tend to run warm rather than cold). I haven't had any issues with leaking even when I step into inches of snow. The white/taupe upper has surprisingly stayed pretty clean even without me doing any upkeep or cleaning despite lots of slushy road conditions. Only downside to these boots are that they are only ankle height so when the snow piles higher than that, I have to wear my other taller snow boots that aren't as warm. Haven't had any issues with slipping on ice and didn't even have to be broken in. Heavier than my usual leather ankle boots but a lot lighter than other snow boots I've tried like Sorels and Timberlands.
excellent fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by jenny from california on Sunday, February 4, 2018true to size, no need to order up. I usually wear 5 but for snow boots just in case i ordered both 5 and 6, and 5 fits perfectly. Looks great too, see no problem wearing them hiking.
Toasty but cheap constructionVerified Buyer Reviewed by DeAnna from Montana on Monday, December 18, 2017I was super excited about these, they are light and warm, easy to put on. However, after only a handful of wears over less than a month, the fabric tore away from the lower portion of the boot and the lower portion began flaking. I've already returned them for a refund - and for that, STP was super friendly and quick on the response.
Nice BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by isa bara from virginia on Saturday, December 9, 2017I have other Kodiak boots that were not as snug as these were, but they still fit good and look very nice
Warm toesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Love shoes from UT on Wednesday, November 29, 2017I bought these boots to stay toasty in the snow, but have tested them in the cold yet. They feel right for the size and I don't expect to have to wear a thick sock since they are very well insulated. The pair comes with an additional set of red laces that make the boots more cheerful.
Light weight comfortVerified Buyer Reviewed by Amy M. from Alaska on Friday, October 16, 2015I bought for use in Alaska over the winter of course. So far they are comfortable & I am still breaking them in.
Love these boots!!Reviewed by Stacy from Cleveland on Wednesday, February 25, 2015Got these boots last week and am very happy. Haven't gone hiking in them but we've had subzero temps and my feet have been toasty in one pair of cotton socks instead of layering wool over cotton. Lightweight, good tread and cute. What more could you ask for? Especially at this price (<$50)!
Great boots!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Barb from Central New York on Wednesday, January 21, 2015These were just what I wanted for getting out on snow days and pairing with my snowshoes. They are fairly light boots, making them easy to get around in. I don't know what temperature they are rated for, but when it got down in the single digits, my feet were chilly. They are great in the teens and up. They do seem to run a little narrow for my feet, especially if you are wearing heavier socks. Overall, I really like them!
Warmth & FashionVerified Buyer Reviewed by jimbo28 from ohio on Wednesday, January 14, 2015My daughter loved these and she is fussy, they are warm, very high quality and fit to size.
I loved them because they were $100 cheaper than a pair of lower quality Pac Boots she wanted from Dick's.
Love the look!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Belinda from New Hampshire on Monday, December 22, 2014I ordered these boots for my daughter as a gift.. Love the look of them, they are very light. She will be much more likely to wear them to school if need be because of the weight.
