Unfortunately, I've had the occasion to need this on my morning runs lately. It's been -7F and worse with the windchill, at times! I wouldn't be able to get in the long mileage runs that I need for my marathon training without this face mask. I can bundle up the rest of my body against the cold, but it's always my face that's gets too cold and makes me head home or worse, to the treadmill! I'm a petite woman, and this mask fits fine. The velcro on the back of the mask is big enough that I can make the mask fit snug against my face and it doesn't flop around. The only thing that I would change about this product is the slit for your nose. It's not necessary with all the breathing holes for your mouth and it seems to just let cold air in. That said, I'd still buy this product, as my nose was chilly, but didn't get frostnip (which happened to me a few weeks ago), on my hour and 10 min long run.
