Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Verified Buyer Reviewed by SFina from New York on Thursday, June 23, 2016Excellent poles, some of the lightest I could find. Can not beat the price from STP either. If you are close to 6 feet tall, be sure to go large and not regular. An outstanding product. Correct sized rubber feet can be ordered later from Campmor. Highly recommended.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by CAM from Denver, CO on Friday, May 20, 2016We purchased two sets of these poles before a 7 day trek in the Andes. On day 2 of our trek, one pole broke. Returning for credit.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by QNT from Massachusetts on Wednesday, April 27, 2016My favorite feature of these poles is the Power Lock. It is much more efficient than ordinary twist and pull. The handles feel great and does a decent job in shock absorbing. Carbon fiber makes these poles very light so they doesn't add much weight when I attach it on my backpack.
Finally, the price over performance is excellent. Great Austrian made poles.

Question & Answer
Questions about this product? Get answers from community and staff experts.
“how do you choose length? what length do the poles reduce to for packing? how well do the plastic? latches hold up?”
The latches hold well on these.
To measure for length:
1. Stand straight with arms at your side.
2. Bend your elbow at a 90 degree angle.
3. Have someone measure the distance from your palm to the floor.
This will give you an approximate length that you could use.
