Very grippy and helpful

The rubber tips are very good to prevent damage to some sensitive desert/sand/other environments, and give amazingly superb traction on slickrock and other rocks (only tried them when dry, however). Much better than the bare metal tips--only complaint is the rubber should be included with the sale of the poles. They've not worn through after 40 hours of constant use on mostly rocky surfaces.
  • Best Uses: Backcountry, Climbing, Day Trips
  • Cons: Should include with poles
  • Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational
  • Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Lightweight
  • What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven
