I've never seen a dog with a neck bigger than their chest, have you? My small dog has a 9" neck, 16" girth, and is 14" long from the neck to the tail. I would like to know if this would fit him.”
Yes, the dimensions are all correct as listed.
Here is a better answer to my own question. If you go to Kyjen's website it explains that the neck size is not the same as their collar size because the neck straps go down lower across the front of the chest. They also say that the girth is the most important measurement when sizing this pack to your dog. This pack fits my 12lb Bishon Frise and 12lb Pomeranian, both having a 16in girth and 14in backs. I would say the weight range is somewhat broader than the specs claim, I believe it would actually fit dogs from about 10 to 25lbs.
