RelaxingVerified Buyer Reviewed by charlieo from li,ny on Thursday, April 9, 2015I was surprised to find that this type if hammock is really the better type for relaxing: apparently many people sleep in hammocks like this, and campers also use them.
Do some research on the internet: you need to shift your body a bit diagonally across the center line, and you are comfortable and have back support.
There are ways to determine how tight/loose to hang the hammock as well.
As to the hammock: I found the rings on the end to be too thick for a carabiner to go around, but otherwise, this is a nicely made, nice looking hammock made of comfortable cotton.
I loo forward to using it on the deck on a breezy day.

“I bought the La Siesta hanging kit for this, as well. Assuming I could string it up, using the hanging kit, and then life and remove one end to store it up on the wall near the other hook? In other words, assuming I can take one side down to I can store it flat on the other attachment wall when not in use? Please advise. Thank you!”
I wasn't able to examine the hanging kit as we do not have it, but I would think that you should be able to do as you have described. It may need to include the use of a carabiner or something similar.
