Verified Buyer Reviewed by Trailwalker from Maine on Tuesday, June 12, 2018I usually take an 8.5 in running shoes- ( Saucony, ASICS) and ordered a 40.5 in these- they were pretty snug, with no room in the toe box, and less cushion under the forefoot. I returned, sad. Seemed like toe protection was minimal at best.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by kellyb from washington on Friday, June 8, 2018Have used for trail running and hiking. No break in period, serious tread, comfortable. Great buy, highly recommend!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Runner from Rural Alaska on Tuesday, May 15, 2018I like these shoes a lot, but I have not been able to run in them yet due to the muddy season still being here, Hopefully I will in a week. I am disappointed that my left shoe seems to have a manufacturing issue where the padding that is supposed to be at the rim of the shoe in the back was somehow pushed down to the middle of the shoe. when I wear them, I notice the difference, but it doesn't seem to bother me too much. Hopefully after using them the padding will get pushed into the right location. This is basically a production error and should not be found normally on these shoes, but they do need to inspect the shoes they are selling for defects before they send them.
Reviewed by Reinerrider from Arizona on Saturday, April 21, 2018I ordered these as and the Akyra. These went back. Well made but I did not feel the support I needed in the Akasha. I have mild pronation, almost neutral, and these did not feel they would suit my foot needs. Perhaps they are designed for someone with supinaiton. They are the quality you expect fro La Sportiva, just not for my foot type.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Orchidsister from California coast on Saturday, March 17, 2018This size 10 runs small. Loved the La Sportive color and styling, and its grippy outer sole. It has a good snug heel. Unfortunately it's short and tight in the ball of the foot, so I am returning it.
