Good Shoe Slippery SoleReviewed by Kk from MD on Sunday, November 5, 2017The top of the shoe is not bad... fits perfectly and stays well. However, the sole seems to be much more slippery than Scarpa Helix's sole - another shoe I have. Same is experienced by my son who also complains about not being able to do what he does in Evolve shoes....
It still could be a great shoe for beginner if your range is up to V3 in bouldering and you need something comfortable
Love the shoes, came with rip in toeVerified Buyer Reviewed by BradenAloha from Hawaii on Wednesday, November 1, 2017The shoes fit just as I expected and I like the look of the. The only problem I had is that after an hour of climbing there was a cut in the front of the shoe. Not sure if it will affect anything, but sand and dirt are already getting inside of it.
Great shoes for indoor climbingReviewed by Indoor Climber from Florida on Wednesday, August 16, 2017Very nice shoes for indoor climbing for beginners. Comfortable both on the wall and on the ground. The materials are high quality, and the colors are great. I really like the Velcro closure system with two straps. I'm not sure how well they would work outdoor climbing, as I only climb in the gym. Sizing can be a bit tricky, so you may need to try out more than one pair (I had to return my first pair and get a full size larger), but once you get it right, they are perfect. It doesn't matter if you get the man or a woman version as the design is the same, and only the colors are different. Overall, very pleased with these shoes.
bouldering shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Bodik from Kyiv, Ukraine on Monday, July 10, 2017good shoes for amauter. I buy this pair for bouldering. I recomend this one as "first climbing shoes". Washable tech - maybe good option, but I'll recognize it's late)))
Fantastic productVerified Buyer Reviewed by J from Texas on Sunday, May 7, 2017Picked these up prior to climbing in Moab and loved them! The Velcro tabs are adjustable, making the fit more customizable. I have plantar fasciitis and wear these without my inserts, and I felt as though the Velcro adjustments provided the arch support I need. Great grip, great product. Definitely recommend to the recreational climber.
Perfect first shoesVerified Buyer Reviewed by Matt from Missouri on Thursday, April 13, 2017I normally wear a size 13 (US), and I got the 45.5 (US 12). They are pretty tight, but still quite comfortable. I love the velcro and how breathable they are!
Great and super comfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anthony from Ohio on Thursday, April 13, 2017I bought these shoes and I have to say, they are the most comfortable climbing shoes Ive used thus far. Ive used mostly 5.10 and always sized up a full size but my recommendation for these is to half size down from your street shoe size. I went from a 42 to a 40.5 and theyre tight all over except the toe. There is still a little space at the toe at my street shoe size and I wish I had half sized down but I still used them daily. Theyre very durable and easy to slip on.
Comfortable and niceReviewed by Randy Cabrera from California on Wednesday, April 12, 2017I extremely recommend this climbing shoes! Excelente product, easy to clean and maintain!

“Do these shoes fit true to size--in other words, if you wore a size 8 in a regular shoe, would one order a size 8 or a size 9 for rock climbing shoes?”
I wear a 10.5 in running shoes and casual shoes. I ordered a 10 and can slightly feel the end with my toes. I think ordering your street shoe size is a good idea. If you think you would like a snug fit try a half size down
I were a size 10.5 and I got a 10. They seem to be good so far
