This is a lovely dress for work or evening out. I can pair this with flats and a jacket or pumps and pearls. I am 5' 3" and this hits me just below my knees which is what I prefer. I often sit on a rolling stool, balancing a laptop and a shorter hem length would be a disaster!

If anything, a 14 should have been a little big. In every other way the dress fit me great and is very pretty. But the sleeves seem like they should have been on a size 6 dress.
