Better than I ever expected, GREAT VALUEVerified Buyer Reviewed by SherryE from Ohio on Friday, July 6, 2018I ordered this to be used at my lake trailer when I had more visitors than beds. When I received this bed I was amazed at the sturdiness of the frame, as well as the width of the bed (wider than I expected from purchasing others in the past), the mattress was very comfortable, much, much better than a canvas one. I was going to purchase one at Walmart for $62 plus tax, but I happened to see this one at Sierra Trading Post online, and thank heaven's I did, so much value for the money and I saved over $25. Whenever I need more I will certainly get them from here, I DO wish they carried them in the store, I think they would sell even more, once people see them in person.
Specs deceivingReviewed by Meh from Alabama on Thursday, June 7, 2018For the price the cot will work. However the specs state that it is 15” tall. Not true the frame is only 11” tall. Very low to the ground. And the mattress is more like 3”. I bought this thinking I had at least 15” of space under the frame. Very deceiving.
Better suited for the house, not the campsite.Reviewed by edepass from Croton-on-Hudson on Tuesday, March 13, 2018The mattress is shabby, and can be replaced, but the low profile frame will last forever.
The spring base adds weight, but allows for a replaceable mattress.
After leak after leak with air beds, I'm reverting to the old fashioned reliable cot.
