Reviewed by Cje from Michigan on Monday, November 4, 2013I bought the medium which is supposed to be an 8-10. You will have to be an 8 & be able to wear a lower rise pant. I'm 5'5 and 134 lbs. I've worn these for 2 hikes in cooler weather 35-45 degrees and they are very comfy with the lining by the upper leg. The quality is great.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Cold Weather Dog Walker from Pa on Monday, January 21, 2013I love these pants. They were worth every penny. I am apple shaped and the waist fit fine. For people that have more of a waist, there is an adjustable elastic in the waist to make it smaller.
Good quality and long enough for me. I'm 5'9".
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Outdoor Woman from Grand Rapids, MI on Thursday, January 3, 2013I was very disappointed to find these pants too short (I'm 5-8) because many Lole styles work for me. Otherwise great pants with nice fit and features.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Michigan Mom from Birmingham, MI on Thursday, November 29, 2012Thrilled to find pants to wear/layer for winter walking/jogging. The adjustable waist is so practical! These are great to wear alone on cool days, and can easily accomodate a base layer on colder days. I can keep walking through winter! Front pockets are great for keys/phone etc. The lining of the upper leg is soft and comfortable.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Will get out in any weather from NY on Tuesday, November 27, 2012I had them on only once so far: in 40F rainy/snowy weather; fast walking for 4 hours. Felt warm and dry. They seemed to be completely wrong size when I openned the box. I bought S size and I'm 5'5 / 125 lb. Better fit would be XS but I'm not sure if the length would be OK. They have elastic band you can adjust on the inside of the waist - never saw anything like that but works for me....
Verified Buyer Reviewed by hikergirl from Olympic peninsula, WA on Wednesday, May 2, 2012Absolutely wonderful fit. I am 5'5'', 113 lbs, with 34" hips and a boyish shape.
The fabric is high quality, but the outer layer seems too light for durability, and the inner fleece layer, while cozy, feels odd draping around my legs. Feels like if I sweat in them or wore another layer, they would cling uncomfortably. Wish for exact same styling in a soft-shell one layer fabric!
