Stylish mid-weight jacket

A sleek and stylish jacket with some useful features but lacking some others. Bonded microfleece lining is warm and cozy--you would not want to wear this jacket on a warm summer rainy day. It is snug fitting especially in the chest (I'm a 34D wearing size Small), with a nice subtle A-line tailoring. Draw cords at hood and waist allow for some fit adjustment, but none at the cuffs, so I'm returning as the sleeves are too long on me. (5'1") Cannot comment on the waterproof breathable claim. It is long enough to cover an average height woman's hips. The zippers are not waterproof, although the front zip has a narrow internal storm flap. I do really like the 2-way zipper for convenient access to pants pockets, but there are no internal pockets on the jacket. The right shoulder flap is strictly decorative although the snap does work. In sum, a good-looking jacket but not very versatile.
