Sorry there is not a temperature rating. Most manufacturers do not have temperature ratings for their garments or footwear due to the number of factors that affect how warm a garment may keep you.

If you wear quality long under wear (tops & bottoms) and polar fleece top & bottoms this coat should do the trick. Unless you are ice fishing without a shelter! At 20 below zero, it's not healthy to breath that temp into your lungs, one should wear a polar fleece hooded gaiter type (hood that covers entire face & neck with cut out for eyes) head dress as well. I lived in MN for 46 years, that is why I'm a snow bird in AZ...but still love the WI cabin 6 months out of the year!
