4.0 out of 5 stars. Lole Windproof Delight JacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by 3dvizwiz from Boulder, CO on Wednesday, June 6, 2012This jacket is very lightweight - almost featherweight, which was a bit less than I had hoped for, so mine was returned.
The sleeves are one continuous piece that extends across the shoulders from side to side, and while there is a gap in the back of the underarm areas, I didn't feel that it would let in too much chill (as the jacket is primarily a windbreaker, it's not going to protect one well from very chilly temperatures). It was attractive, body-conscious, and the sleeves were long enough for this tall girl (5'10").- Best Uses: Casual Wear

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great jacket for running, hiking & more!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Sarah LP from WI on Monday, November 21, 2011I bought this jacket for hiking because often the weather in the morning requires something on the arms and later in the day it is too warm for sleeves. Love the look of it and the fact that it is lightweight. Exactly what I was looking for. :)

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great product, great price.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Marvelous A from Tacoma, WA on Sunday, September 11, 2011A few reviewers pointed out that the back of the sleeves are open where they zip off, under a back placket that covers the vents when the sleeves are attached. This jacket is probably best for wet but not very cold weather for that reason only.
For waterproof fabric, it's very soft and quiet. I love the design; got the black and feel very tough and slim when I'm wearing it since it's slightly tapered in at the waist. Mock turtle-neck collar and pockets are well-placed and comfortable. I appreciate that it doesn't have an attached hood since I wear caps or beanies. I got the XL so I could layer over light hoodies and thermals while hiking and kayaking in the Pacific Northwest in fall and spring, and it has plenty of room and longer sleeves (they come to the knuckle of my thumbs), with elastic that holds but doesn't pinch. Plenty of room in the back for movement, as well. It's a great length for layering too, hits just at the hip and I have a short torso.- Best Uses: Casual Wear, Hiking, Wet Weather

3.0 out of 5 stars. What you see is not always what you get!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Rozzie from Perth, Western Australia on Tuesday, March 8, 2011This jacket seemed perfect until I realised that the zip off arms do not have a zip at the back of the arms and just a flap over the back, could let in a lot of cold air.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Good surprises!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Roadwarrior from San Diego on Sunday, November 14, 2010Replaces my vest and jacket with one dual function garment. Has some style and looks nice enough that I can wear for business travel to casual clients and perfect for Egypt where the long days will go from hot to cool.
The sleeves are a little longer than some which is good when I wear a sweater underneath.- Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cycling, Hiking, Replaces two garments
