No stars for cust svc & raincoatVerified Buyer Reviewed by [...] off customer from York, pa on Sunday, April 1, 2018To spend this amount of money to receive a defective poorly made item and now I have to pay shipping charges? This company trades on TJ Maxx’s Good name to sell seconds and then victimizes you further with their return policies. Will pay the shipping charges because it’s too much money to walk away from and will never purchase anything from this scam company again. Customer literally never replied to my contacts. And boy do they make it hard to post this comment.

I like the length because it falls below my knees. The lining buttons in, i wish it zipped in but everything else about this coat makes me glad i made the purchase! I checked other stores and the same coat and others were definitely higher priced!

I have never been able to find what I was looking for exactly at a price I could afford. I was just exploring and found the EXACT coat and thought - It can't possibly be the right one for this price . . . I ordered it and thought if it isn't exactly right, I can just return it. Well - it is PERFECT! It is like my coat has been returned to me and living in Oregon where it can rain quite a bit in the Winter months, the arrival time was perfect as well. I am so very happy with this coat, the lining, the hood, the clasps - it isn't too heavy (I have MS so I need the coat but I need to be able to lift it as well). It is just wonderful. Thank you Sierra Trading Post - Oh - and the ladies that I have had the pleasure of chatting with were wonderful too! Such great customer service. I will recommend your site to anyone who is looking for a London Fog!
