Great socks, bad sizing

I have just bought over a dozen pairs of Lorpen socks of several designs. They are very very nice socks, but the sizing is inaccurate. I bought the size medium, which is described as for size 7.5-9.5. On my size 8 feet, all six pairs of Item #2313K are on the small size, and they are just not stretchy enough to fit large feet. That's a good thing for fit and comfort, but it doesn't span the claimed size range. How can Lorpen expect these to fit size 9.5?? If you are size 8.5 or bigger, or if you usually wear liner socks like me, I'd suggest ordering size large, not medium in this specific item. I tried on every sock, and found them very consistent. Interestingly, the medium size Lorpen tri -layer (item 3499U), is larger, and fits me fine. You'll love these socks, really, unless you have to exchange them for a larger size.
