I wear a size 9.5 they fit fine I think they would fit bigger feet also but I have not washed them yet so they may shrink a little. I suspect they would fit up to a size 10.5. Great sox not as soft as some sox but look to be very durable. I would say medium to heavy thickness, someplace in between. I usually try to buy Thorlo or Goodhew sox but got these sox on sale for 4 bucks each and free shipping and glad I got 3 pairs. They will be great sox for the winter and for hiking. I am very happy with the sox and get most of my hiking clothes and equipment from STP.
