These are going to be great socks once the cold and snow hits the Adirondack Coast. I love PrimaLoft & Merino Wool...not at all itchy and super warm. I also love the length (knee high), and on my 5'3" frame, over the knee! Excellent customer service, as always, from STP, and the price was great...they went on sale again yesterday for a couple dollars less than what I paid, but that's "ok"; I still got a great deal on mine.

Very happy with the high quality and pricing of these socks...whatever flaws make them seconds, I am not seeing them! They are very warm without being overly bulky, and they seem quite durable (they are still fairly new, only washed a few times; so far, so good). I would buy them again.

Easy on - easy off even when your feet are wet. Haven't used them on a cold day yet, but I have a feeling they are warm.

Thicker than what I was looking for. More of a mid-weight ski sock.
