I haven't worn this very much due to the unusually warm spring we are having this year. However, they felt great right out of the box and are very supportive.

These boots were excellent quality and nice looking for a hiking boot. I'm a short lady and they were a little high for me and touched me in the shin more than I like. I keep ordering heavy hiking boots when I need a light hiker. The soles were stiffer than I wanted and I couldn't really bend my feet as I walk. They would be great for the more serious hikers who carry a load. I ordered my normal size and they were very roomy allowing for a heavy sock. I returned the shoes for Merrells which is what I normally wear. STP is so easy to work with on returns I'm not afraid to try something new because if they don't work out I can send them back with no hassle.

I have narrow foot and this boot was too narrow for me in the toe area. The boot itself was too long (about half size to whole size too long) but it was very narrow in the toe area. This design makes no sense.

These are beautifully made boots at a great price. They fit my foot like a glove and offer great support, especially on rough, uneven terrain.

My only complaint is that the laces were awfully short. I replaced them easily enough.
