I love Mammut products, but I'm sending this one back. While the material is nice, the fit isn't flattering at all. I didn't notice from the photo, but the jacket is longer and lands below the hips.

Being summer, I haven't had a chance to try this out too much yet, but it seems to hold up the standard I've learned to expect from Mammut, in that the materials are cut to fit the body very well. This is my third Mammut purchase and I was so excited for it to come I ran down to meet the UPS driver and put the jacket on (in the summer with no A/C) as soon as I took it out of the box. I also love how long the jacket is. The length makes it so that I don't have to pull it down as often. I am excited for the cooler weather to come so I can wear it more frequently. The thickness of the material of this particular jacket feels nice to the touch as well. I wish the sleeves had thumb-holes but that is the only thing I would change about it.

I got the green and just love the color. It's super cozy and the sleeves are long enough (I am 5'9).

A great mid-weight fleece. I've been searching for a fleece that fits close without feeling constricting (I have fairly broad shoulders and a large bust relative to my waist) and this fit the bill perfectly! Really please that STP has so much from Mammut. I've had great luck with the brand.

Super warm, soft and a great length. I am 5'9", 150 lbs with long limbs and the sleeves on the M are perfect.

About Mammut

Mammut is a Swiss-based producer of high-quality mountaineering, climbing and trekking equipment. The company’s history actually dates back to the mid-1800’s, beginning with a single rope maker named Kaspar Tanner. By the 1940’s, the brand had officially adopted the mammoth logo and name. Originally specializing in Mammut ropes, the well-known alpine gear company eventually grew its product line to include mountaineering boots, crampons, harnesses and hardware. By the 1990’s, the product selection had grown even further to include Mammut jackets, pants, sleeping bags, Mammut packs and a host of other premium-quality essentials for the outdoor enthusiast.
