They claim it is windproof and I find them to be quite drafty, and actually much larger than I would have hoped for. They extra-small is too large for my hand and they keep sliding off. I do like the full suede palm as it makes driving easier.
I will keep these an an extra pair in my glove box.
If you have somewhat larger than usual women's hands, you might like these. -

Verified Buyer Reviewed by WR from New England on Monday, December 31, 2012These gloves are not particularly warm. They might be fine for sitting on a bus or train, but they are not good for working outdoors or driving.
The micro-fleece material does not grip very well, and is even worse when it gets wet with snow. The thumb area is poorly designed, the 'sort-of grippy' micro-fleece does not cover the ball of your thumb, so you are trying to grasp things with slippery soft-shell fabric instead.
