Great Jacket

This is a great lightweight jacket. It is very thin and light, so don't expect amazing warmth, but it is still quite warm, can definitely be worn during the winter. This weighs almost nothing, and packs down into its own pocket, so it would be a good choice for backpacking. The hood is nice, though it is not adjustable. It is rather close fitting, so I haven't had problems with it coming off. It has a ton of pockets, a couple huge inside ones, plus one on the chest, and two handwarmer pockets that are lined with a nice warm fleece. Probably the only major dislike I have with this jacket is how short the sleeves are. I have a 35 length arm, and the large has arms that i would consider too short, at least for active pursuits. They are a fine length for just walking around or hanging out, but as soon as you start moving your arms around, they ride up on my forearm. This is relatively minor, and if you have short arms would likely not be a problem. I wish they had put a thumb loop at the end of the sleeves, then I think this would be about perfect. Still 5 stars though, the short arms are a minor quibble that probably wouldn't be a problem for the majority of buyers.
