I bought a Patagonia Nano Puff a few years ago and wanted to buy another when I saw that STP sold Marmot's version of the same. So very glad I got this. I'm 5'7" and 120 lbs and ordered a small. Great jacket. True to size, fits well, light weight, and can handle a range of temperatures and windy conditions. Marmot products are my go to brand and I have never been disappointed.

If you want a very light, well made jacket, this is for you. I bought the raspberry color and it's beautiful. Be warned however, it's really light, more like a light sweater. Once the cold really sets in, you won't find it adequate for an outer layer. I kept it
because of the color and it will be good in between seasons. The sizing seems right on and, in my opinion, the cut is good.j

I got one of these in the mint green as a gift and loved it so much I had to get another. I was so excited to see that Sierra got them in for a great price and the purple color is so much fun! I live in Minnesota so you need different levels of down in the winters. This one is great with layering if it's in the 20's. Very flattering and a great fit. Also true to size and doesn't fit snug. I can't say enough giid things about it.

I bought a Patagonia Nano Puff a few years ago and wanted to buy another when I saw that STP sold Marmot's version of the same. So very glad I got this. I'm 5'7" and 120 lbs and ordered a small. It fits perfectly (a friend also wears a small and she is 5'5" and 135 lbs). I actually prefer Marmot slightly but only because they added micro-fleece to the pocket lining which is a nice touch. The fit is virtually the same between the Marmot and Patagonia; both have two exterior hand pockets and one interior breast pocket; both are light-weight and pack down to a handful. Think of this jacket as the perfect warm sweater layer (with pockets!), wear over t-shirts and/or under a heavier fleece. I wear this or my Patagonia almost every day.

About Marmot

Conceived in a university dorm room by a pair of climbing buddies, Marmot Mountain Works first opened its doors in the spring of 1974 in Grand Junction, Colorado. At the time, the base of operations was a 100-year-old stone building. That same year, the first Marmot down jacket was produced specifically for an action flick called “The Eiger Sanction,” starring legendary actor Clint Eastwood. In the four decades since, Marmot has continued to engineer reliable gear that exceeds the expectations of outdoor athletes. Today, Marmot tents, backpacks, outerwear, clothing and Marmot sleeping bags are still pushing the limits in the planet’s most challenging conditions, from the summits of the world’s highest mountains to the deepest river basins.
