These shorts are well made with good quality fabric. The fabric is really nice and they are very comfortable. I typically wear a size 8 pant and bought these in a size 8. They fit perfectly. I a very happy with my purchase. These are a steal at the clearance price.

These are nice shorts. Great fabric with a little stretch, and a good fit that doesn't require a belt (I hate having to wear a belt!) They are a little short for my taste but are still wearable. The lavender color is pretty, but I am still figuring out what I can wear with it.

Nice shorts, but they stretched in size a lot after wearing. No size chart was provided, so I ordered my usual size. I can't return them because I have worn them, but if I could, I would order a size smaller.

About Marmot

Conceived in a university dorm room by a pair of climbing buddies, Marmot Mountain Works first opened its doors in the spring of 1974 in Grand Junction, Colorado. At the time, the base of operations was a 100-year-old stone building. That same year, the first Marmot down jacket was produced specifically for an action flick called “The Eiger Sanction,” starring legendary actor Clint Eastwood. In the four decades since, Marmot has continued to engineer reliable gear that exceeds the expectations of outdoor athletes. Today, Marmot tents, backpacks, outerwear, clothing and Marmot sleeping bags are still pushing the limits in the planet’s most challenging conditions, from the summits of the world’s highest mountains to the deepest river basins.
