Marmot Interfuse Jacket - Waterproof (For Men)
Closeouts. Marmot's Interfuse jacket gives you waterproof protection, outstanding breathability and the comfort of stretch nylon. The DriClime® mesh lining moves moisture quickly, making it the perfect shell for rainy and snowy days in the mountains and on tough trail days.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Tom from Rochester, NY on Thursday, April 16, 2015I've been looking on STP for a raincoat with certain features and this was it! Good waterproof rating, sealed zippers and pit zips, longer, 2 way zipper with cover flap and a good fitting hood. I ordered up a size due to reviews that it fit snug - fits perfect as I like to be able to wear a fleece under it in colder weather.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by JustFish from Long Island on Wednesday, February 4, 2015Wore it out during blizzard last week while removing snow, and then while sleigh riding with kids. It performed beautifully as I stayed completely dry in both instances. Wore a NF Denali fleece under it. The two jackets were perfect - warm and dry.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Ken from Connecticut on Wednesday, February 4, 2015Recently purchased this Marmot Interfuse for my alpine ski days.
I ski Vermont, Stowe, Sugarbush and Killington so you can always expect cold and wind.
Great jacket! Fit is good, length is desirable, love the pockets and the bright green color makes me visible.
Highly recommend this jacket.
Reviewed by Mike from North of Pittsburgh on Friday, December 5, 2014I didn't want to spend this much for a jacket for walking my dog in. But a good shell is essential because of the great variety of weather I encounter. I am 200lb, 6'5", with 36-37 sleeves and this jacket fits very nicely. I has sufficient room underneath, 2xl, for more than a fleece. I wore a fleece and a wool vest under it yesterday and there was still room for another layer.
The quality is very nice and I would guess that I could wear it 10-15 years. I did that with an old LLBean rain jacket and this is of a similar quality.
I got the red with orange trim so I would be noticeable in hunting season.
Oh, the pockets are very nice also, large enough for big gloves.
I paid $140 and consider it a decent buy.
Reviewed by cal from Singapore on Tuesday, August 5, 2014Looks huge in the first place. But when don on, it fits generally well.
Nice design and great double zips for more movement and least obstruction.
Only gripe is it's a little too long on the hand side.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Zeb from Colorado on Thursday, May 1, 2014I needed an outer shell and this is absolutely perfect. I've used it a few times now on some trips in Rocky Mountain NP, and it keeps snow/water out, it's windproof, and it packs down pretty small and lightweight so it's not a burden at all to bring along. I'd recommend this. But do remember this is a shell for layering, not a 'jacket'.
Reviewed by John from Bay Area on Sunday, March 2, 2014Marmot has always offered solidly engineered and reliably well made products. This conitnues with the Interfues. I got one for my youngest sone. So impressed I got one for myself. Then my wife wanted one, and finally, I got another one for my other son. They all love its styling and great features, including top quanlity zippers and the Marmot "pit zips." The ONLY complaint is that these run very small in the torso, and need to be ordered a size larger than you normally wear to enable layering underneath.
Reviewed by Alaska Guy from Alaska on Saturday, February 22, 2014Well made, as is typical for Marmot. Has all the features. Sizing is right. Highly recommend this product, especially at the price.
