I know these are technically men's pants, but I'm a 5'5" 145lb (30" waist/40" hip) woman and these were the only pants in the entire store that actually fit comfortably (seriously I tried on everything that came close to my size). I wear men's pants for work so I figured, why not?

Compared to the waist size the legs are way too long and bulky.

They look like winter khakis. They are much more flattering than the super bulky pants and they waist actually sits at the natural waist (not low-rise like the women's...why would I want snow down my pants?). I wore them walking my dogs last night and they were very comfortable.

These pants were nice, good quality. But the inseam is outrageously long. The inseam said 35 for large, which is long... but it seemed even longer... like 37''. Great pants for the tall skinny guy! Not for me, I'm 5-9 215lbs athletic.

About Marmot

Conceived in a university dorm room by a pair of climbing buddies, Marmot Mountain Works first opened its doors in the spring of 1974 in Grand Junction, Colorado. At the time, the base of operations was a 100-year-old stone building. That same year, the first Marmot down jacket was produced specifically for an action flick called “The Eiger Sanction,” starring legendary actor Clint Eastwood. In the four decades since, Marmot has continued to engineer reliable gear that exceeds the expectations of outdoor athletes. Today, Marmot tents, backpacks, outerwear, clothing and Marmot sleeping bags are still pushing the limits in the planet’s most challenging conditions, from the summits of the world’s highest mountains to the deepest river basins.
