are all Marmot jacket hoods defective?

Is every Marmot jacket with a hood attachedsemi-defective in not folding even into collar?Tacky poorly-constructed; may as well boughta worn off-brand at a thrift store and share thefew dollars with the street-corner people.Three out of three different Marmot productseach have bizarre size and fit issues; and Ihave not worn them anywhere yet! Good thingyou now ask people to try them indoors, sinceI'd really be upset trying to deploy or stow ahood on one of these jackets in poor weather. I'd expect [...] after 70% of my previous three orders fit, this bad. Maybe I have expectations so unreasonable, including easily stowed/deployed hoods; as this is a reason why I don't wear a hood and these jackets would've been first in 30 years. Take them back. [...]
