Just what I neededVerified Buyer Reviewed by BenQ from East Coast on Sunday, February 17, 2019Thin and light making them easy to carry; used for commuting over regular dress pants in rain; so far no issues with shedding water or overheating, but did not expose them to very heavy rain yet. Sizing is true; got medium for 33 waist and 34 inseam and they are just a tad short (according to my preference) so I need to wear the waist maybe an inch lower than I would like, but I expect large would be to wide in waist and legs, so this was a good choice overall.

These pants are very light weight for easy carry in suitcase or pack. They have a zipper and snap on lower legs to allow getting over boots. they appear well made. We'll see on the waterproof in about a month

Everyone should have one. I wear these on the boat in winter and for kayak... keep me dry and block the wind. They are roomy enough to fit over my jeans. Really well made. Love the ankle zips and especially love the cinch cord at ankle... makes a great fit over boots. Blocks strong wind but somehow still breathable!! Nice roomy zip pockets. I looked at LOTS of options and definitely made the right choice.

The pockets on these pants is a nice feature although the zippers are sometimes difficult to work. The ankle zips also allow you put the pants on without taking off your shoes.
These pants are also light, packable and quiet. I have had other rain gear that is so stiff and ‘crunchy’ each time you take a step. This noise would drive me nuts on the trail and these aren’t like that at all. There’s plenty of room to move and flex so that you can easily traverse more difficult terrain.
